Breaking News

Breaking News is a commercial carpet tile engineered for heavy traffic environments where durability, texture, and long-term performance are essential. The textured patterned loop surface creates subtle variation across the floor, helping to conceal dirt, stains, and wear patterns in high-use interiors such as offices, education facilities, and retail spaces.

Constructed with EnviroStrand™ SD PET polyester fiber, this carpet tile delivers reliable stain resistance and consistent color retention. The solution dyed fiber enhances fade resistance and maintains appearance even under frequent cleaning and continuous foot traffic. Its tufted construction provides a dense, stable surface that supports durability while maintaining a clean, low-profile finish.

The UltraSet Matrix (UZ) backing system improves dimensional stability and installation efficiency. It helps reduce tile movement, minimizes edge curl, and maintains alignment over time. This backing also supports strong adhesion, contributing to long-term performance in demanding commercial applications.

Breaking News is designed in a modular square format, allowing for flexible installation methods including monolithic, ashlar, and quarter-turn layouts. These installation options provide design flexibility, enabling both uniform and more dynamic floor patterns depending on project requirements.

The low-profile textured finish supports easy maintenance and routine cleaning while preserving a consistent appearance. Individual tiles can be replaced as needed, simplifying long-term upkeep. Breaking News is a practical flooring solution for commercial spaces requiring dependable performance, adaptable design flexibility, and durable material construction.
