Copper 16″ x 16″ Polished

Copper – Gauged is a natural quartzite tile defined by its warm, earth-driven palette and textured mineral surface. Layers of rust, copper, charcoal, and deep brown tones flow across each piece, creating an expressive stone with organic depth and striking natural variation. The clefted face retains the rugged character of quarried quartzite, while the gauged finish ensures a more consistent thickness for easier installation without losing the raw, dimensional surface the material is known for.

The larger tile format lends itself to expansive layouts, offering a broad visual field that highlights the stone’s movement and color shifts. This makes it ideal for entryways, kitchens, living spaces, bathrooms, patios, and feature walls that benefit from strong natural presence. Quartzite’s durability supports both residential and commercial use, providing long-term performance even in high-traffic or moisture-prone environments.

The warm mineral tones pair seamlessly with natural wood elements, iron details, matte black hardware, stone surfaces, and neutral or earth-inspired palettes. As lighting changes throughout the day, the surface reveals new highlights and shadowed areas, giving the installation a dynamic quality that enhances the atmosphere of the space.

Each tile features its own unique veining and tonal transitions, ensuring that no two installations look exactly alike while maintaining cohesive overall color harmony. Copper – Gauged offers a compelling blend of rugged texture, warm coloration, and dependable strength. With its natural clefting, layered mineral tones, and grounding presence, this tile provides a timeless, design-forward foundation rooted in the authentic beauty of quartzite.
