Dali Basket Weave

Dali Basket Weave is a mosaic tile that blends timeless geometry with the earthy depth of natural stone. Featuring a classic over-under basket weave layout, this pattern delivers a sense of rhythm and structure while retaining the organic variation inherent in its material. Each stone piece exhibits subtle tonal shifts and mineral veining, creating a rich visual texture that changes with the light.

The color palette leans into warm terracotta, sunbaked clay, and soft sandstone tones—offering a grounded, earthy presence that adds warmth without heaviness. The honed surface finish enhances the stone’s natural movement, lending a matte texture that absorbs light and reduces reflectivity while still revealing the intricacies of each tile. These muted tones and soft textures make Dali Basket Weave an ideal choice for interiors that prioritize natural materials and timeless design.

This mosaic is best suited for vertical applications—backsplashes, feature walls, bathroom surrounds, or fireplace cladding—where its pattern and surface variation can be fully appreciated. The mosaic format allows for seamless installation across curved, framed, or irregular surfaces while maintaining pattern continuity.

Dali Basket Weave complements a wide range of materials, including plaster, aged wood, brushed metals, and raw stone. Its design provides a subtle architectural rhythm without overt ornamentation, making it well-suited for both rustic and contemporary environments. The result is a refined, textured surface that brings warmth, craftsmanship, and lasting visual interest to any interior space.
