Fab Shag Rug is a woven shag rug designed for residential indoor applications, featuring a solid textured surface that emphasizes comfort and consistent visual appeal. Constructed from 100% heatset Royaltron polypropylene, this rug is engineered for durability, stain resistance, and long-term color retention. The heatset process enhances the fiber’s softness while maintaining structural integrity, making it suitable for everyday use in active living spaces.
The woven construction supports a dense shag pile, creating a uniform surface with subtle depth and texture. This solid design allows the Fab Shag Rug to integrate easily into modern, casual, and transitional interiors without competing with surrounding materials or patterns. The cotton canvas backing reinforces the rug, improving stability and helping it maintain its shape over time.
The finish is plush and high-pile, delivering a soft, cushioned feel underfoot while maintaining a clean and structured appearance. Its width and overall scale make it effective for anchoring larger spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, and lounge areas where comfort is a primary consideration. The solid texture provides flexibility in coordinating with a variety of flooring types and interior finishes.
Installation is straightforward with a loose lay method. A rug pad is recommended to enhance comfort, reduce movement, and extend the lifespan of the rug. Fab Shag Rug offers a balance of soft shag texture, durable polypropylene construction, and reliable performance for residential interiors.
