Whittier

Whittier is a residential broadloom carpet constructed using a Wilton woven pattern technique, delivering a highly structured surface with precise pattern clarity and long-term durability. This traditional weaving method integrates the pattern directly into the carpet construction, resulting in a stable and consistent finish that resists distortion over time. The Wilton process is known for producing dense, durable carpets suitable for both decorative and functional applications.

The fiber composition consists of 80% wool and 20% nylon, combining natural performance with added strength. Wool provides resilience, insulation, and natural resistance to soiling, while nylon enhances durability and helps maintain the carpet’s structure under regular use. This blend supports both comfort and performance, making it suitable for a variety of residential environments.

A woven backing reinforces structural integrity, ensuring the carpet maintains its shape and alignment after installation. The pattern repeat measures 4.25 inches in both width and length, creating a small-scale, geometric design that adds subtle texture and visual interest without overwhelming the space. This scale works well in both compact and larger rooms.

Whittier is produced in a 13 feet 2 inches width, allowing for broader coverage with fewer seams and a more seamless floor layout. Installation methods include standard stretch-in or glue-down applications, depending on subfloor conditions and project requirements.

The finish features a low-profile, dense surface that balances durability with a refined appearance. Whittier offers a flooring solution focused on structure, performance, and classic woven design.
